Hi, my name is Peyton Burress. I live in Frisco with my husband Brian, 6 yr. old daughter Tabatha, and our two dogs Skylar(Great Dane), and Rowdy (Rottweiler). My journey into the hairstyling profession began in 1995. As a teen I dreamt of being one of the Great Hairstylists. After only two years in the business, it became clear that knowing the basics was not going to be enough for me. I wanted to know    everything to do with color. This ambition lead me to Ridon's (a salon in north Dallas ) where I apprenticed under the owner Riley Spraggins. Riley has been in the business 30+ years and is known by most as a color god. After my internship I worked as an independent hairdresser at Ridon's until the birth of my daughter Tabatha. As a new mother I wanted to spend more time at home with my family and decided to try and get out of the industry. As I am sure some of you already know the soul of a true hairdresser cannot be broken or suppressed. In 2005 I went to work at Beauty Brands. In my second year I was ranked as the 7th income earning hairstylist in the company's 47 stores throughout the USA . This is what brought on the realization that maybe it was time to once again venture out on my own. I can now be found at Salon Boutique in Frisco. (I would like to take a moment and thank all my wonderful clients that have made this transition SO easy.) My current schedule is Monday thru Friday and two Sundays a month (the dates of which will be sent to you via email). My specialization is color and color correction. Ask to see my before and after book of my work that will put your mind at ease. My personal goal is to do the hair that "gets asked about"!!
